My own experience of Biodynamic Therapy
I began receiving Biodynamic Massage Therapy after a series of treatments from different practitioners over a 6 month period had failed to provide permanent relief for a painful shoulder problem.
My Biodynamic Therapist understood the connection between emotional and physical tension, and was able to work at a pace which I could tolerate without being overwhelmed by either physical or emotional distress. I was impressed by the results, as well as being fascinated by the theory behind them.
I realised that there were other painful areas in my life, which I investigated via Biodynamic Psychotherapy. After attending a weekend workshop, where I realised the amazing potential of this work, I applied to train as a Biodynamic Therapist myself.
