I was first drawn to Biodynamic Therapy in 2003 during a critical time in my own life, and I was immediately fascinated by the theory behind it as well as being impressed by the effects of this way of working.

 

Within a few months I had applied to study Biodynamic Massage and Psychotherapy myself, and in January 2005 I began training at the London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy (LSBP).

 

In 2007 I qualified as a Biodynamic Massage Therapist, and have been in practice since then while completing my fourth and final year of training in Biodynamic Psychotherapy.

 

I am now engaged in an extended period of case study work before qualifying as a Biodynamic Psychotherapist, and I am offering low-cost sessions to psychotherapy clients throughout this period.

 

I am a member of the Association of Holistic Biodynamic Massage Therapists (AHBMT)

and I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

 

I also hold an enhanced CRB disclosure

 
 
My own experience of Biodynamic Therapy
 
I began receiving Biodynamic Massage Therapy after a series of treatments from different practitioners over a 6 month period had failed to provide permanent relief for a painful shoulder problem.
 
My Biodynamic Massage therapist understood the connection between emotional and physical tension, and was able to work at a pace which I could tolerate without being overwhelmed by either physical or emotional distress.  I was impressed by the results, as well as being fascinated by the theory behind them.
 
I realised that there were other painful areas in my life, which I investigated via Biodynamic Psychotherapy.  After attending a weekend workshop, where I realised the amazing potential of this work, I applied to train as a Biodynamic Therapist myself.
